Living the Nomadic Life - Tips and Tidbits
On the camping: I think you mean Camping La Musardière, and it's located just outside of Milly-la-Forêt (it's signposted from the village). Lots of climbers at La Musardière and several climbing areas well within an hour's walk from the camping site; even without a car you can stay here for a few weeks and have a good time, weather permitting.
Another climber frequented camping is Camping Les Pres in Grez-sur-Loing. I never visited this one, but it's a fine camping too, I heard. If I'm not quite mistaken a car comes in handy here.
This is incredibly helpful. Thank you very much for posting this info up in a comment and thank you for reading. =)
Hope you are well!
Rachel
had a brief visit it en route home back from a winter season in the Alps to the UK but was dashing to catch a ferry! but planning a trip early November. So just a quick comment to say your account makes for great reading was after some camp site info and think ive found it - the power of the net.

I'm really glad this was useful. If you needed further camping info, email me (wasatchgirl at gmail.com) and I will put you in touch with some friends.
Cheers.
