I think accupuncture is fantastic. Have used it on two separate injuries with brilliant results. I usually ask for it specifically now when I have to go to a physio :)
Only bad part is that in Ireland it's very hard to get officially certified accupuncturists (according to Irish Government paperwork) meaning that I'm in-eligible for blood donations for at least 3 months after receiving treatment......

I'm glad you found someone you like. I've never had acupuncture myself, but my dogs have.

I think acupuncture is great! I used it with my knee. I had a similar experience as with the ankle, and acupuncture has helped a lot!
